I am not sure it makes sense to attempt a steal when down by 4 runs.

Going off of glunn's comment, have people started looking at who we might be drafting in 2013 with our (almost certain) #1 pick?

Butera was hitting pretty good at Rochester, and hopefully that can continue. And no one seems to dispute his defensive abilities.

Span goes 0-3. Not good for a lead-off hitter with his team down 5-1 and with a runner on 3rd.

Span's been the lone bright spot this season. I think he's allowed a bad game here and there.

We probably should have expected it, with him possibly still being a little shaken after crashing into the wall to catch a fly ball.

Burnett was almost out of his jam, having induced two flyouts, then gave up a single to Wilson.

Burnett then gives up a single to Trout that scores Kendrick. Certain guys in the bullpen are going to have to perform better if they don't want to be sent down to the minors or sent through waivers, esp. Maloney and Swarzak

The Twins are the Washington Generals of the MLB. I hope that changes.

Top 3 guys in our lineup today: 0-9, 1 K and 3 LOB. Then as I am writing that, Willingham slugs a HR to left; DOPE!

Good one, except the Generals never won or tried to win.

And the fact that Sal was arguably the better player should really end any argument about Drew playing.

Butera is Minnesota's best player tonight. This is depressing.

They won six. I think that actually makes it more sad.
