So Willingham has hit Porcello to a 1.625 OPS and you rest him but play him against Verlander who he's hit to .472 OPS.

Attaberry (sp) said that Willingham has a sore wrist. Possibly the reason why he isn't going today.

I'll probably be able to name all 50 of the greatest Twins players by memory after this series is over.

Anybody notice
Joe Mauer no longer runs well, not even for a catcher.

Just miserably bad base running from the Twins, thrown out twice in a row at home. If the catcher is blocking the plate, RAIL HIM. These guys could take a few lessons from Pierzynski.

Is dozier that slow? How is he thrown out at home on a soft single with 2 outs?

I am recording this game on DVR. It sounds like I will be cursing the screen again tonight.

I didn't notice Dozier's turn. I did notice that Raburn was very shallow. By the time the ump called Dozier out Raburn was in the infield.

Six hits and one walk in 3 innings, yet only one run to show for it. The baserunning must be terrible today.

Good first trip through the lineup for Diamond. Hope he can keep this up.
I don't fault them much for the putouts at the plate. Each time it was close and required a perfect throw. 2 out of 3 times at least 1 would get in.
