Load them up for Justin. I'm sure a dinger would feel good right now.

Does Perkins have any trade value? Is he considered a "proven closer" yet?

25 runs in our last 15 innings. One way to overcome not so good pitching. Don't think we can keep this up the rest of the season.

He can't field a grounder to save his life, but he can do that.

OK, diving into the stands to make a catch is fine, but as it was the last out of the inning, couldn't he have at least given the ball to the fan he almost knocked down?

Perkins has plenty of trade value, but probably not as a closer. With only 6 career saves, I would not call him proven. I can't imagine a club in contention turning to a guy with only 4 saves on the year as their closer for the playoff race.

That woman gave the Orioles player way too much respect. If that had been me with a glove, I'd have been right at the edge of the rail, glove stretched up, with shoulder braced to take the collision.

    Or maybe not.

Perkins and Burton are going no where.

The Twins will use those two for a core of a young Bullpen next year.

Closing based off of match ups? What a novel idea!

And with that, the Twins move within a half-game of 4th place Kansas City! Go Twins! The miracle starts now!

Was nice to see them win two in a row, though.

The ball was indeed in her space, but she did not look capable of surviving the hit that she would have sustained. The Twins should sell those seats to burly guys with gloves.

Great game! It was a blast to watch in section 225. I was worried getting tickets with Deduno on the mound, but he didn't do so bad (or the O's were just inept). Bats came alive and the Bullpen was tight when it counted.

It's the burly guys with gloves that are too stupid to recognize when a ball is still in play, they're as likely to hurt the home team.
