---Ha! Too true! The other difference between Nishi and Valencia is that Nishi at least seems to realize and acknowledge his awfulness. If Valencia had played last night and gone 0-5 with 2 errors, he still would have been strutting around like the blowout victory was all due to him.

I only caught bits of the game until the end but saw that Deduno only went 4.0 IP on 87 pitches. Yes, that's high/inning, but since no runs scored since the second on him, why wasn't he brought back for the 5 inning. Anyone?
