Do the Twins have the only 2 starters that dont pitch out of the windup in MLN in Vasquez/Duensing??

Minnesota, where relievers start, and first basemen play the outfield.

If Parmelee keeps hitting like that he can play SS for all I care, well not really.

Florimon is now a resident of my personal doghouse after that idiotic head first dive into 1B.

Vasquez has to stop being afraid of the hitters. He wasn't like this in Rochester.

Any consideration of the possibilty of Nerves with Vasquez. He seems like's overthrowing his fastball a bit but he has a nice change of pace. If he settles down and mixes things up. I can see him as effective.

The nerves have to calm first.

It seems to me like Vasquez has pretty decent stuff.

He wasn't like this in Rochester - he was quite good. Granted, this is a different animal at this level, but I agree. This is his first major league start - who wouldn't be a bit jumpy at that?

Watching the Royals broadcast...they've been showing shots of David Lough's family (making his MLB debut today). There appears to be a rather huge fat guy sleeping right behind them.
