A very interesting play involving Span calling Revere off. Hopefully Revere learns quickly from that play.. (today, he's playing Left)

Maloney striking out Fielder and Young back-to-back makes me smile.

Carroll is really working himself back to a bench role: 0 for 3 with 3 Ks! Saving grace was one that one walk, but let's hope he can turn it around. I see a quick flip in the order of Carroll to the 9 hole and casilla/revere to the 2 hole maybe depending on the R/L pithcer also. He's just been bad at the plate and very average in the field.

Maybe I shouldn't compare the two, but Morneau a few years ago was hitting like he is now in ST, then he came out and started getting hit after hit and I believe he ended up winning the MVP that year. While the MVP is out of the range (pun intended) of Caroll, he might just be a slow starter. Even if he is a bench player at the start, I gotta believe that the Twins replace him with Hughes before they replace him with Dozier.

Gray 1-2-3 inning. What shot does this guy have in the bullpen? Has not 'stood out' that much.
