And the Yanks score some more. Have to get inherited runners stranded as a bullpen guy.

Was Manship throwing that slowly in the first inning of work too?
Very concerning.

Unfortunate that the Twins took this long before they face a new guy. Unfortunately, that guy is Mariano Rivera.

At least I thought it was his FB, unless his change is that fast and lifeless and was throwing it all the time... This could be the case, but then it is not really much of a change. He got a couple off speed pitches at mid 70s. So not sure what's up. Mariano's gun numbers were 88-89, which is pretty true. Hope Manship is ok, but he just did not have it today.

With the line of 1+ IP, 4 H, 6 R, 4 ER, 1 BB, and 1 K, not a good sign for Manship getting a job with the big league club.

Parmelee swings at first pitch by Soriano and flies to RF... Lots of 1st pitch swings by the Twins today. They might just want to go home early.

Wow look at what Josh Willingham can do when he is in his proper position. Looks like I was right about that as well. Willlingham needs to be the everyday LF.
