Could be Baker's spot or Marquis's. I'm sure they're trying to get him stretched out, so he should get 5-6 innings.
Hughes Sac Fly Scored Dinkleman in the bottom/8th
9-3 Rays
If not Hendriks, I am guessing Swarzak would be next in line.
Casey Fien finally gave up a run this spring. Still would be good to see him work earlier in a game.
Doumit now has 4 rbi's this spring.
Hughes has 14
9th
Benson single
Florimon(.148) GIDP
Butera double(.294)
Hollimon walk
Dinkleman RBI Double(2nd double of the game)
Valencia walk
Hughes end game on a force out
10-4 final
Why not Dinkleman as the extra OF/middle infielder and PH?
Baker in the 80's doesn't cut it. Hopefully it's jus because his arm isn't built up b/c he's missed so much time this spring.
And by average, of course you mean a guy who has put up WAR's of 8.7, 3.9 and 6.6 the past 3 years. Albert Pujol's last 3 years are 9.0, 7.5 and 5.1. Miguel Cabrera's last 3 years are 5.3, 6.3 and 7.3. I'm not saying Ben Zobrist is necessarily that good, but your assertion that Zobrist is "slightly better than average" is absolutely laughable.
