The Twins/Rangers game in Arlington was over pretty quickly. Samuel Deduno gave up one run in the first inning and five runs in the second. The Twins are far from contending. It really is the sad reality. As much as we may think that adding two starting pitchers to the roster for 2013 will make the Twins contend, the reality is that 2 high quality starting pitchers added to this year's roster might have lead to a .500 finish. .500 teams are worthless in my mind. The future outfield of the Twins (Hicks, Arcia and Buxton) - I currently hold high hopes that this trio might be united by 2015. not entirely sure how exactly they're going to fit into a lineup though.
