Big Game James a Twin in '13?

I think we can safely assume that the contracts of Baker and Liriano will be off the books next year. With that being said and after watching James Sheilds pitch last night, do the Twins go after Sheilds this off season? he is a horse and gives us an ace that we've lacked since Johan resided at the dome.

    The Pohlad's will probably not spend the Money for a Pitcher such as Sheilds.
    A lot of Money will be coming off the Payroll next year.
