I am going to write about a oddity for a Twins fan, good starting pitching. Not awesome or eyepopping, but good. Wednesday Jason Wheeler picked up his second victory Wednesday with six innings of 10 hit (8 singles-2 doubles), 2 K, 0 BB and 3 earned run pitching. Twins lose another heartbreaker. Leave 13 men on base, struggle to get that one important hit with guys on base late in the game. As I was watching, and hoping for a comeback, I tempered my expectations for the team. Normally I'll think to myself "If we can pull this win off, we could start a serious run here."
