In it, I gave percentages for what I felt was likelihood of each player, 40 man roster players and non-roster invitees, making the Opening Day roster. If the Twins send Hicks to Rochester this will send a very poor message to their fans. Mainly, Team politics are more important than winning. The base is excitied about Hicks.
