  • Series Preview: Twins @ White Sox, 4/19

After having two games postponed and a scheduled day off in the last week, the Twins look to pick up where they left off against the Angels and carry their two game winning streak into US Cellular Field to face their division rival, the Chicago White Sox.

Joe Mauer was on fire against the struggling Angels, collecting eight hits in the two game series. He hopes to continue pushing his batting average toward .400 and has already collected two home runs in this young season.

Vance Worley, on the other hand, has struggled mightily with the Twins early in the 2013 campaign. Worley, a trade pickup from Philadelphia in the offseason, looks to get on track and lower his ugly 10.30 ERA and restore our faith in his ability to get batters out.

I hate sac bunting, but I hate it even more when the batter is asked to bunt and wastes an out without even moving the runner.

Ditto. Just another little bonus for taking Konerko out of the game. Thanks, Ventura.
