PJ Walters Signs Minor-League Deal
The Twins announced this afternoon that they have agreed to terms with RHP PJ Walters on a minor league deal. This is good news for depth.

It's good to see that AAA will have a good pitcher. I'd guess he starts 8-10 games for the Twins next season.

Blackburn, DeVries, Gibson, Walters, Hernandez, Hendriks, & possibly Deduno are the AAA starters at the moment. That's enough AAA depth for now.

Assuming that Blackburn doesn't "impress" during Spring Training, like Liriano did this year, except there is an even smaller market for Blackburn than for Liriano.
