Punch that world series ticket. I believe this may be the first in a series of "hey, here's a guy who may or may not be dead" offseason threads.

He's like a lot of others worth a minor league deal. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a cure for a Dusty Baker ruined arm.

I'm not sure there's much serious about 70% of the threads posted in the offseason...

Yeah, that would be great....Prior finally having to sign with the Twins. I would like to see him throw to Mauer for just one game.

He had some pretty strong numbers out of the bullpen for Pawtuckett (Red Sox AAA last year). 38 strikeouts in 25 innings... with 23 walks.

Not bad, lacking in the ass though. I have to imagine there is some MLB players with even better WAGS then that.

Prior is not a terrible move, I actually thought the Twins should have brought him in when he was released by the Red Sox organization last year, as he couldn't have been much worse then what the Twins were sending out. As Seth mentioned he didn't pitch bad last year, and the year before he almost made the Yankees organization out of ST. Its not the worst person to be talking about inviting to ST, but at the same time, IDK if he is worth a thread on his own, unless there is actual news to report on him.
