Neal: Diamond Unlikely to be Ready for Opening Day

    From La Velle on Twitter:

Scott Diamond has begun his throwing program but its really iffy if he will be ready for Opening Day
I have a sinking feeling that Kevin Correia is going to be the Twins' Opening Day starter.

I am not really that concerned that the Twins' number 4 or number 5 starter (if it all goes well in ST and these guys heal properly) will not be ready by opening day

In my book, Diamond is behind Harden, Gibson, Pelfrey, Worley as far as capability goes, thus the #4 or #5 designation... Just a matter of having those 4 guys healthy...

Agreed. And all of those guys have ?s. Potentially none of them will be ready be opening day and we will see a DeVries, Deduno, Vasquez, Walters, Hendriks rotation to start the season... sounds familiar?

If you have testicles you shouldn't be able to hit C5, pitcher or catcher?

I hate to break this to you... But... Anyone who sings the song "You Don't bring me Flowers"... It's pretty clear... Does not have Testicles...

The lower range of his vocals only give the illusion of testicles.

Check under his pants... They ain't there.

BTW... I checked under Barbara Streisand's pants... She didn't have any either. I rest my case!

At least the rotation has room for all those prospects.
