Swarzak fractures two ribs due to "horseplay"
This is from Twincities.com:
"Right-handed reliever Anthony Swarzak will be sidelined about a month after fracturing two ribs on his left side horsing around with friends during TwinsFest, according to general manager Terry Ryan."
Here is the full story.

Were they having a Twins pro wrestling "Smackdown", where upon Anthony was put through a table that wasn't properly modified to break evenly upon impact?

It being at a house, not at TwinsFest per se, kind of ruins my baseless speculation that Hrbek put the body-slam on him while waiting around to do autographs.

I don't have a hard time believing this is true. Swarzak is my age and when I get together "at a house with some friends after hours" and alcohol is involved, sometimes the rough-housing gets a little intense. I had a buddy break his ankle while wrestling another friend in his living room a couple years ago.
Still, after some of the lines we've been fed about off-the-field injuries lately (e.g. Kevin Love) I'm always a little skeptical.

I'm skeptical, I'm betting two months from now Swarzak will still be hurting, go in for a second opinion and find out that he actually has plantar fascitis and not broken ribs.
