Some of the prime provocateurs of bitchin posts are silent. Some that add to the bad vibe and still posted on this thread must not realize they come off as mean and nasty and thus continue the bad vibe.

I'm all for more civil discussion, but I hope we're still able to tell an idiot he's an idiot.

It should be noted that I voted no because I feel like I have been very civil in my time on this site and feel no need to be any more civil going forward. I am surprise by how many people voted yes. Shame on all of them for not being civil enough to this point.

Thanks, old friend and now my brother. Your posts have greatly added to the richness of this site and I have enjoyed our camaraderie. Your posts made it easier for me to get through the disappointments of last season.
That reminds me. It's easy to make friends on this on this site if you are open to the idea. And you can passionately disagree and debate yet remain friends.Last edited by glunn; 02-13-2013 at 12:06 AM.

Feel it from me. I genuinely consider you as my brother. We are part of an elite minority of Twins fans who get to read some of the most insightful articles ever written. Yes, in the forums we sometimes have to wade through mud to get to the green grass, and sometimes there is unnecessary bickering, but we choose to be here, together.
