Thread: Vikings Stadium with Roof?

I haven't followed the Vikings new stadium situation too closely since I live in Wyoming and don't have a good handle on local politics but I'm surprised to see that the stadium deal includes a stadium with a roof. Thoughts??

With the City/State making major contributions to the stadium, they want a year round facility that can bring in additional revenue. They are hoping the new stadium will bring in the same things as the Metrodome, along with concerts, NCAA regional Basketball, Final Fours, Super Bowls ect.

That Arden Hills site would have been sweet. But the most important thing is that they stay.
