Big year for Salcedo and Solliman. Both got injured last year only appearing in 2 games, after having a decent 2011 season
He is likely to go to college instead of signing. He is very raw, without much instincts, and probably won't be picked until the 10th round or beyond.
Both are projected to go middle to end of the first

Trey Ball made it both as a hitter, and pitcher, while AJ Puk (Cedar Rapids) and Ryan Boldt...

Sounds like it will be Grasshoppers to me

Thank God I live in SE Wisconsin, Brewers don't have that policy, and the MILB teams don't have that law in place
Ah, I see, you have never actually seen JP play, and forming your opinion just to start conversation.
The top 5 is pretty much set, unless Ball establishes himself, instead of entering the draft as either a dual sport Athlete. The outfielders you are talking about are Meadows and Frazier, who both...
I agree with pretty much all of this other than Stewart. Steweart is out until April with a shoulder injury, and he has a very strong commitment.
He is not likely to go top 5, so the Twins...
I am just confused why you are bringing August up. This is your quote . "This point last year", is not August.
Buxton was never as low as 20. Buxton was always top 5 with Giolito (before injury),Appel, and Zunino. Zimmer is the one who came out of the blue, and Devin Marrero dropped after a horrid start to...
This draft is much weaker than last year. Next years draft is much improved. After the top 5 of this year, there is a HUGE drop off, unless Ball establishes whether he is a pitcher or a hitter. The...
This year the tiers are as follows
Tier 1: Anyone of these 5 guys could be selected #1.
Manaea/Apple/Stanek (All 3 are pitchers that project as #2's)
Frazier/Meadows: Both are outfielders with...
In this order
Frazier/Meadows/Trey Ball (toss up, both have similar ceilings)
I have seen Meadows/Frazier/Ball personally. I will hopefully be seeing Manaea at the MVC...
This is how the MWL played out last year. Opening Day was 4/5
Cardinals on 3/30
Royals on 3/30
Padres on 3/31
Reds on 3/31
Jays on 3/31
Rosario does not have Great Power. Sano has "Great Power". Rosario has Above Average power. Rosario should be on the fast track to move through the system, had he not been injured, he would have...

He has other resources, most of which who he cannot name, as they are regional scouts, who he gets quality information from. Also, after the draft is over, the HS/College scouts end up doing the MWL...

The list terrible. Keith Law's comes out Tuesday (the list that I respect the most, Jonathan Mayo comes second)
Essentially all he is doing is looking at stat lines and scouting reports compiled by...
What I don't get is why the Vikings did not try and figure out a way to work out something with the U of M
The teams that pick 1-3 are all in need of a Starter, hitch is why I think the Twins will ultimately end up with Frazier/Meadows unless they draft for need and reach on JP Crawford who is a pure SS

I think Wheeler moves up. Melotakis is a set up man/closer, and will probably start in the Fort after dominating the MWL hitters.
1B: Parmelee/Harrison (might take a lil longer for him)
OF: Stopgap for Buxton/Kepler/maybe Sano
For Harrison/Boyd this is the equivalent of starting their sophomore year in college. It will be interesting to see if they keep Harrison down in EX.ST to start, and then send him to E-Town again...

The Cubs and Kane County are planning on doing a few bus trips where they do a Cougar or Cub game at 1:20 or whatever time the Cougar game starts at (have a few that start at 11:00) and then do the...
Harrison's defense makes Sano look like an All Star. I think he ultimately ends up at 1st base....that is if he hits enough.
Sano could be an interesting case this year, If his defense has improved...
