I always knew them as powder blues, but I love them. Reminds me of games at the Met when I was a kid.

Are they being coached to do this? On a ball four from Perk, a guy reacted to an inside Perk pitch like a contact-fused hand grenade. PitchFox showed it to be about an inch and a half inside.

Anyway, great win against Children of the Cheese (sorry, Sconnie). The road performance of the twins has been stratospheric relative to expectation this year.

It was vintage Eddie. It's no fun unless you escape it like MacGyver.

I kind of miss Nathan's histrionics.

I too am happy we pulled out win, and don't need to look too closely at it.

Sorry to hear about the nose. My silver lining detector tries to imagine what clever things can be done with a protective mask...

(Bowling) Turkeys! May their baseball analogue flock freely amongst the twins pitching!

And in general, i hope the way Arcia and Willingham have come back from wrist injuries is portentous of Buxton's recovery...

Anything i wanted to say but missed? I'm sure there was, there always seems to be...
Maybe i'll think of it during another game thread...
