    But the Twins don't promote players aggressively enough, right?

    It's great to have another prospect worth promoting aggressively again!

    Berrios was promoted to AA about eight months younger than Francisco Liriano. (Although Liriano's prior season was largely lost to injury, which likely made them slightly less aggressive with him. Also it was his first season in the Twins org.)

    Liriano's promotion to AA didn't come until the beginning of August, which meant that despite good numbers, he was pretty much ticketed to start the following season in AA too. Hopefully Berrios has enough time to make a good showing at AA yet this year and possibly earn a AAA spot to open next season!

    Doesn't the 4.8 years represent how much younger he is than average? He's the youngest pitcher by a year, I believe.

    Berrios is 341 days younger than the next youngest pitcher in the league.
