Thread: Twins Minor League Spring Training Schedule

I heard games started yesterday. Does anyone have a schedule for the minor league games? Those are the games I would like to see if and when I make it down to Ft. Myers. Appreciate any help with planning my daily schedule down there.

There's games at home every day. The rosters and schedule are on the outside wall of the minor leage office. Just take one.

If anyone gets a copy and could post it, that would be interesting to see who is playing with each team.

I haven't got a way to do that here. But it's all messed up now anyway. As more get cut, guys move down, and it changes almost daily.

Anyone know If there will be a minor league game tomorrow(Sunday)?

There are games everyday. Today at noon it's Rochester vs New Britain on Field 2, and Ft Myers vs Cedar Rapids on Field 3.

Anyone know if stats or boxscores get posted anywhere for these?

I've never seen box scores from these games. Today Plouffe will play in a game at 1pm. There's also a game with Stout in which one Gardy will manage and another Gardy will be watching from the sidelines.

Plouffe hit 3rd in the first four innings and grounded out 3 times and hit a broken bat flare to left that was trapped and dropped for a single. He looked picked off 2nd by the catcher, but the ball sailed into center. Wilkins followed with a 2 run single for the only runs of the game as of when I left. Z Jones was throwing heat, hitting 94-95 on the gun and had a fairly easy couple of innings.

So Plouffe survived the day without further injury? That is progress. I am not worried about results from Plouffe against minor leaguers, I am worried about health. Who is Z Jones?

Zach Jones was the 4th round pick (130 overall) last year. He throws gas and could perhaps be a future closer.

After I asked about him, I did check and found when he was drafted and what he did last year. Looks promising.

Plouffe survived yet another day today with the AAA team, playing 3rd base. He'll also be in the far fields tommorrow and then join the Twins friday for the game against the Yankees. Twins won the game 10-0
